Bath & Boarding



Boarding Requirements:

To ensure that our boarding pets are kept safe from catching possible diseases we ask that you are current on the following vaccinations:

  • Feline Rabies Vaccine
  • FVRCP Vaccine
  • Current Fecal Exam

If your pet is not updated on these vaccines or is coming due, don’t worry! We can have our doctors update them while they are here! For more information or to set up a boarding appointment for your pet, give us a call at 210-495-8245.


What to bring for your pet’s boarding stay:

We supply an easy on the tummy food for our boarders from Royal Canin, it is called Feline GI as well as their water and food bowls. We also supply them with bedding.

Although we do supply them with food and bedding we understand that some pet’s are on special diets as well as have certain toys and bedding that they like and we welcome you to bring that, we just ask that you make sure to label everything !

If your pet is on medication, make sure you bring that as well and give specific directions regarding the medication when checking your pet in for boarding!

What to bring for your pet’s boarding stay:

We offer our boarders Royal Canin GI Low Fat food, this food is easier on their stomach, which will help keep them from getting sick due to possible stress from boarding. We also supply bedding for our boarders as well as their own individual food and water bowls.

If your pet is on a specialty diet we encourage you to bring their own food, as well as if your pet has certain medications please make sure to bring them with you and to leave specific instructions when checking your pet in for boarding.

You are welcome to bring any toys or treats that your pet likes as well as additional bedding, we just ask that you make sure to label anything brought.

Bathing

Traveling Tails offers medicated baths for certain conditions. Please inquire with our front desk.
