Making an Appointment:
Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic visits are by appointment only. To make an appointment please contact us at 210-495-8245. We also accept online appointment bookings – anytime! Click the ‘Book an Appointment’ button below to get started, and if you have any other questions, give us a call.
Please do not book online during an emergency or if your pet’s condition is severe. Instead, please call us or contact an emergency clinic
**If your pet tends to get nervous or aggressive at their visits please notify the receptionist when booking your appointment**
Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic expects payment at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans or extended credit. We accept the following payment methods:
- American Express
We also accept the CareCredit health care finance program.
Here at Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any needed paperwork.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 210-495-8245. Please note that our office has a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy.
Mobile Appointment Policy:
Like our offices, the Traveling Tails mobile unit requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. Our mobile unit is highly requested and limited, so it is very important that you notify us.
Missed Appointments: If you fail to cancel your mobile appointment, it will be considered a ‘No Show’ and you will be charged a travel fee.
After two consecutive missed appointments, a deposit will be required to schedule future visits.
