We also accept online appointment bookings anytime! Please do not book online during an emergency or if your pet's condition is severe.
If your pet tends to get nervous or aggressive at their visits please notify the receptionist when scheduling your appointment.

Payment
Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic expects payment at the time services are rendered. We do not offer payment plans or extended credit.
We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash, and CareCredit.
Appointment Policy
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please call our office at (210) 903-9379.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
Our office has a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
