Making an Appointment
The best way to make an appointment with one of our doctors is to call us at 210-495-8245. E-mailing an appointment request does not guarantee you the appointment slot unless you have spoken to a receptionist.
Full payment for services rendered is expected at time of check out. We do not accept any payment plans or offer extended credit. We accept all major debit and credit cards , Care Credit and cash.
Appointment Policy:
Here at Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes beforeĀ your scheduled appointment to complete any needed paperwork. Late arrivals can cause schedule delays for other patients who arrive promptly for their appointment time. Late arrivals will be worked into our schedule if time allows but in some cases they will be re-appointed to another day. We do ask if you are running late or need to reschedule your appointment, please call our office at 210-495-8245. Our office policy is firm in this regard.
If you scheduled your mobile appointment with us and failed to cancel your appointment and our mobile unit travels to your home, you will be charged the travel fee that is appropriate.
If after 2 consecutive missed appointments a deposit will be required to schedule future visits.
Please have you pet in a kennel or small utility room before our arrival. If your pet is loose and we are unable to perform services our house call fee will still be charged.
