Melissa Crane, LVT

Melissa Crane, LVT, has been dedicated to veterinary medicine since 1998, bringing decades of experience and knowledge to the Traveling Tails team. After completing two years of community college, she went on to spend 18 years in specialty and emergency medicine before continuing her career in 24-hour emergency practice. Melissa joined Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic in July 2021, where she continues to share her passion and experience in caring for pets.

Outside of the clinic, Melissa enjoys handcrafting just about anything, fishing along the coast, and making memories with her family and three grandchildren. Her love for animals certainly doesn't stop when she leaves work! Her home is quite the animal-loving household, complete with five dogs, two cats, two birds, fish, and even two sheep!
